About the role

Truglo Electrics' is seeking a skilled Accounts Administration professional to join their team in Cheltenham, VIC. This part-time role will see you play a vital part in managing the company's financial records and supporting the wider finance function.

What you'll be doing

Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions

Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry

Preparing invoices and credit notes

Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger

Providing administrative support to the finance team

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports

Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an accounts administration or accounts payable/receivable role

Strong numeracy and data entry skills with high accuracy

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
