Contract Duration: Initial 6-Month Day Rate Contract
Day Rate: $800 - $1,000 inclusive of super
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in Melbourne)

Are you a strategic and delivery-focused Product Manager ready to make your mark on a career-defining digital transformation?

We’re partnering with a major Australian enterprise undergoing a multi-year, enterprise-wide eCommerce re-platforming program. This is a first-of-its-kind implementation in Australia involving a global technology partner and a integrable digital commerce architecture.

You’ll play a central role in defining and delivering the next generation of digital customer experience for one of the country’s largest online businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across key digital platform workstreams.
• Translate business needs into user stories and prioritise the product backlog.
• Align stakeholders across business, tech and offshore delivery teams.
• Work with engineering and design to ensure high-quality, customer-centric delivery.
• Contribute to governance, decision-making and iterative releases.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success in eCommerce or large-scale digital product delivery.
• Deep understanding of Agile product management practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills – both business and technical.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple delivery partners.
• Clear communicator who can refine ambiguity into action.

Highly Regarded

• Experience with third-party commerce platforms (e.g. FCC, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Hybris).
• Exposure to offshore delivery or large-scale vendor partnerships.
• Retail or omnichannel background.
