Implementation Manager – Large Banking Program
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months initially (likely extension)
Rate: $850/day incl. super

We’re partnering with a global consulting firm to deliver a major transformation for a leading Australian bank. As Implementation Manager, you’ll take charge of deployment planning, integrated release coordination, and hypercare management within a large, fast-paced program environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage release calendars and production readiness
• Coordinate go/no-go decisions and rollback planning
• Lead hypercare planning and daily incident coordination
• Track deployment risks and cross-system dependencies
• Run post-implementation reviews and drive improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with a major Australian bank – ex-NAB highly regarded or Ex-ANZ or similar
• Background in large-scale, enterprise transformation programs
• Agile delivery environment experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills

Tech & Tools:

• JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Rally
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
