The Role

This role leads the delivery of impactful reports and dashboards by bridging business needs with data and analytics teams. It ensures reporting solutions align with strategic objectives while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and continuous improvement. Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on business goals.

• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team
• Support agile sprint planning and provide ongoing clarification during development
• Collaborate on quality assurance and coordinate timely releases
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine reporting products
• Promote a data-driven culture through effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or similar role, focused on data warehousing, reporting, and analytics
• Strong expertise with reporting tools, particularly Power BI
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing agile backlogs
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear user stories and actionable development tasks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints
• Familiarity with product management tools like Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Customer-focused mindset, committed to continuous improvement and quality delivery
• Certification as a Product Owner and/or Power BI development experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of healthcare or education sectors, especially related to general practice training, is a plus but not essential
