Our client is a leading global retail brand with a long-standing reputation in the industry. They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Master Data / Promotional Pricing Administrator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success during a system transition.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team by creating customers in SAP, handling product data, and managing key transactions. You will play a crucial role in the transition from SAP to S/4Hana, ensuring smooth data entry and administration during this exciting change.

Responsibilities:

• Creating customers in SAP (data entry)
• Create and update material master records in SAP to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Supporting the team by handling administrative tasks
• Managing product data and transactions
• Key SAP transactions: O2 (order to cash process), CREATE, XD (XD01, XD02, XD03)

Criteria:

• Strong experience with SAP Customer Master data and handling Product Master data
• Experience with key SAP transactions (O2, CREATE, XD01, XD02, XD03)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to support teams with administrative tasks
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
