Davidson is proud to be partnering with a large-scale enterprise organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. With multiple high-impact technology programs rolling out, from CRM platforms to intelligent automation, this client is looking for a Training Manager who can deliver meaningful system and behavioural change through well-executed learning strategies.
About the Role
This is a deeply embedded role within technology transformation projects. As Training Manager, you will take ownership of the planning and delivery of enterprise training programs that align directly with system implementations and digital process changes.
From CRM rollouts to new tech platforms, you will be translating technical requirements into engaging, user-friendly learning experiences that help the business adopt smarter and faster ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement strategic training solutions that support the successful rollout of enterprise technology systems
- Collaborate with Change Managers, Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to embed learning into Agile and hybrid project environments
- Conduct detailed training needs analyses to identify gaps in knowledge and capability across technical and non-technical user groups
- Create blended learning programs using eLearning, virtual and in-person workshops, simulations and microlearning tools
- Produce high-quality learning materials such as technical job aids, system walkthroughs, FAQs, and knowledge articles
- Support go-live and post-go-live with floorwalking, coaching and refresher sessions to reinforce adoption
- Deliver training aligned to CRM systems like Salesforce, workflow automation platforms, and business-critical applications
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback mechanisms, adoption metrics and system usage reporting
About You
You're a proactive and engaging learning professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment. You're known for translating complexity into clarity and for bringing energy to the way people learn.
You'll bring
- Extensive experience in a Training Manager, Learning & Development or Change Enablement role, ideally in a digital or enterprise technology context
- Experience delivering training for CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent enterprise applications
- Proven ability to turn technical system knowledge into engaging learning for diverse audiences
- Experience with FMCG or Retail is highly regarded
- Proficiency in eLearning development and Learning Management Systems
- Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change frameworks
- A collaborative working style with the ability to partner across project, tech and operational teams
