The Role

  • Coordinate and manage both founders' calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing conflicts.
  • Monitor and manage communication channels, including emails and messages, and organise into relevant folders based off context and priority.
  • Prepare for podcasts & meetings by organizing logistics, drafting agendas, guest research and run sheets, and ensuring a world-class experience for all.
  • Assist in operational management by tracking progress, team milestones, performance management, team events and preparing reports or presentations.
  • Manage payment of recurring invoices, office supplies and resources, staff merchandise & client/podcast guest gifts.
  • Organize company events, off-sites, and team-building activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company culture.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks to standardize processes, enhance efficiency, and facilitate onboarding and training.

The Person

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founder(s) in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to recruitment, podcasting, or online education is advantageous but not essential.
  • Thrives in dynamic settings, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in high-performance cultures.
  • Highly organized and methodical, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure commitments are met.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating challenges and addressing them before they escalate.
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of taking initiative and making informed decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication abilities, facilitating clear and professional interactions across all levels.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency.

The Package

  • $85,000 - $100,000 + Super, negotiable upon skillset & experience
  • Early/Mid-August start
  • You’ll be joining at a crucial stage of the Group, as we expand across all areas
  • Hands-on, ‘at the coal face’ exposure to 3 different businesses – you will learn and grow at an unprecedented rate
