We’re a speaking, training, and strategy business that’s growing fast and we need an Executive Assistant who’s more than a diary ninja (although that’s also a must).
If you know how to make things happen, bring order to chaos, and keep high-impact humans moving in the right direction, then this is your role.
You’ll be the right hand to our Female Founder and Managing Director and working closely with the Operations & Programs Manager (who was the EA for 3 years). You are confident, experienced, values-led and an organising powerhouse.
Your real job? Keep things moving. Solve the problems. Protect her time. Deliver what we’ve promised.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
Managing the calendar, inbox, travel, and logistics for the MD
Taking over private client coordination, communications, and experience
Writing, formatting, and sending proposals, reports, client updates, and briefing notes
Supporting content production, digital comms, marketing execution, and events
Supporting the Sales and Business Development activities which are driven by the MD
Prepping the MD for keynotes and media so she can walk in, deliver, and walk out with impact
Backing up the Ops & Programs Manager to ensure seamless delivery at all times
Stepping into live events and behind-the-scenes activations (sometimes in heels, sometimes in slides)
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has supported the (Female) Founder of a fast-paced business before
Can write sharp, clear, on-brand, on-message comms with zero hand-holding
Has marketing or communications experience in a fast moving service-based business
Is ridiculously organised, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in fast-moving environments
Can anticipate, solve, and deliver without being asked twice
