The role

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team, ensuring that their business and personal affairs run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, from managing schedules and coordinating meetings to organising personal travel and supporting strategic projects.

This is a role for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives on organisation, discretion, and being one step ahead.

Responsibilities

Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements

Provide administrative support, including drafting and formatting documents, reports and presentations

Coordinate and take minutes during meetings

Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Assist other ad-hoc duties as required (including errands and personal affairs)

Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and internal communications.

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Requirements

At least two years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour

Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care

Tech-savvy – confident with Google Workspace, task management tools, and calendars.

A can-do attitude and proactive thinking
