As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be the right-hand support to our Site Manager, working together to ensure the smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of services within the factory for a key client. This role plays a central part in coordinating production activities, managing incoming and outgoing work, and supporting our team of supported employees to achieve daily targets.

Please note:

- This is an entry level position for someone with strong coordination and customer service and multitasking experience.

- This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday.

- All applicants must have full-time working rights (No student visas are accepted)

In addition, as a Production Coordinator you will:

• Be the go-to person for daily production planning, organising and distributing tasks to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained.
• Ensure production is set up and running smoothly each day.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing work, ensuring everything is tracked, completed, and delivered in line with client expectations.
• Act as a key contact point for client communication—handling updates, queries, and service adjustments in a professional and responsive manner.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in a coordination or customer-facing operations role within a warehouse environment.
• Strong and clear communication to engage with supported employees.
• First Aid and CPR certification
• WWCC and NDISWC clearance
• A positive and inclusive approach to supporting people with disabilities.
