Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 6-Month Contract

$350 per day + Super | Hybrid (2–3 days WFH)

We’re partnering with one of Australia’s biggest banks to find two organised, proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinators to support a busy TA team during a peak period.

This is a 6-month contract where you’ll play a key role in scheduling interviews for a variety of roles in a tech division. It’s a fast-paced, high-volume admin-focused position where your strong coordination skills will really make a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

End-to-end interview scheduling – including senior stakeholders and complex availability

Liaising with candidates and hiring managers to lock in times

Working in Workday to update candidate records and coordinate workflow

Supporting a collaborative and friendly recruitment team

About you:

Strong admin or coordination background - TA experience is great, but not essential

Self-sufficient, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Comfortable working in a large, fast-moving corporate environment

Confident with scheduling and juggling competing priorities
