About The Role

We’re looking for a driven Senior BDM to join our high-performing SaaS sales team. You'll be selling into one of the market segments where the Martian Logic HRIS is seen as the #1 and where it's not hard to find great companies who would vouch for the platform.

About The Person

We’re after a proven SaaS sales professional with:

10+ years of B2B Sales experience

Minimum of 5 years in Software / SaaS sales

A proactive, self-starting mindset and a drive to own your pipeline

Proven records that enjoys thrives at cold calling and hunting

Proven records that enjoys being in-person in industry conferences

Proven records of being excellent at presenting and chairing sales meetings with multiple stakeholders from both sides

Enjoys travelling and meeting in person with prospects

The confidence to build relationships, challenge prospects, and close deals

A growth mindset and the hunger to elevate your career

You're someone who wants a seat at the table, thrives on challenge, and is ready to bring energy, focus, and creativity to a scale-up environment.

Why Join Us?

Base Salary: $140k–$150k + Super (based on experience)

OTE: $250k–$350k (base + uncapped commission)

Share Options: Could be available after 6 months

Annual Salary Review: Base and OTE reviewed annually
