Platform Coordinator – Workforce & Cost Management

We are seeking a Platform Coordinator to support workforce management and financial tracking across delivery platforms. This role involves resource onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, cost monitoring, and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain workforce plans, track resource utilization, and manage cost reporting.
• Facilitate contract execution and support invoicing processes.
• Monitor platform budget position and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Technology Platform Owners, Product Owners, and Development Managers to ensure seamless platform operations.
• Drive continuous improvements in workforce processes and platform effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–4 years of experience in PMO, Project, Program, or Platform Coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to compile reports across multiple squads.
• Proficiency in financial planning, business case development, and contract administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Life Insurance, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.
