MJD Recruitment are looking for a Team Administrator to join our vibrant Sydney office. This is not your average admin role — it’s a dynamic, hands-on opportunity that will see you supporting consultants, engaging with candidates, keeping compliance in check, and bringing ideas to the table to improve how we work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Posting job ads across LinkedIn, JobAdder, and beyond to attract top talent
- Coordinating interviews and supporting consultants with candidate care
- Preparing polished resumes, reference checks, and onboarding documents
- Managing temp payroll administration, timesheet systems and compliance
- Handling inbound calls and being the friendly face of the office for visiting clients and candidates
- Assisting with events, reporting, research, and ongoing improvement projects
What You Bring
- A love for organisation, processes, and making things run smoothly
- A strong sense of initiative — you anticipate needs and act on them
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Prior admin or recruitment support experience (a big plus!)
