What You'll Do:

Delivering high-quality service to customers via phone, email, website, or social media in a prompt and professional manner.

Operating within a team environment to uphold our policies and procedures and meet customers' needs.

Supporting with Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.

Assisting customers over the phone with warranty claims, troubleshooting, and coordinating technician dispatch.

Who You Are:

Excellent customer service skills, with problem-solving abilities and a pleasant phone manner.

Self-motivated individuals with keen attention to detail and a knack for quickly mastering new systems.

Demonstrate empathy, passion, and a strong willingness to assist.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is a plus.
