About the role

Join Nautitech Mining Systems' close-knit team as an ERP Production Coordinator based in our Castle Hill, NSW office. This full-time role will see you play a key part in the coordination of production planning and scheduling activities within the company's ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry, timely work order processing, and effective communication between production, procurement, and inventory teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing:

Create, release, and monitor production work orders in the ERP system.

Ensure bills of materials (BOMs) and routings are accurate and up to date.

Track the progress of work orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain master data related to production in the ERP system

Assist in developing weekly and monthly production schedules.

Coordinate with purchasing, stores, and manufacturing teams to align production activities.

Identify and report any scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or production delays.

Support capacity planning and resource allocation based on sales orders

Monitor raw material levels and issue material requirements in the ERP system.

Liaise with inventory control to ensure timely stock movements and accuracy.

Work closely with procurement to manage lead times and supplier delivery schedules.

What we're looking for

2-3 years' experience in a production coordination or ERP support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g.M1, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or similar), with the ability to interrogate data and identify trends

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver on shared objectives

Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g. Supply Chain, Operations Management) highly regarded
