Due to exciting growth in our Cloud ERP team we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cloud ERP Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team in our Sydney office, located in the heart of the CBD!
Your Responsibilities
Act as the central contact for all Cloud ERP support requests.
Monitor, prioritize, and manage helpdesk tickets for timely and accurate resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and troubleshoot complex issues.
Provide day-to-day ERP support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Conduct system maintenance tasks, configurations, and updates.
Support the implementation of ERP best practices and system optimization efforts.
Organize and deliver ERP training sessions for new and existing users.
Develop, update, and maintain user manuals, guides, and documentation.
Maintain open lines of communication with internal departments and external vendors.
Provide regular status updates to users regarding their support requests.
Identify inefficiencies within helpdesk workflows and propose enhancements.
Stay informed about ERP trends, technologies, and updates to improve team knowledge and support practices.
Assist with other teams when required.
The successful candidate will have the following
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERP administration or related IT support roles.
Proficient knowledge of ERP systems and common business workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
