About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Production Order Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, Monday to Friday role (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team within a well-established and reputable company in the design and manufacturing sector.

The role is full-time office based out of a luxury high-end showroom.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Analysing Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure everything is correctly accounted for

Reviewing and categorising production orders based on type and complexity

Allocating jobs to the right manufacturing stream, keeping things moving to schedule

Coordinating with Purchasing to confirm material availability and timelines

Partnering with Customer Service to clarify specs and keep customers in the loop

Tracking progress and resolving any hiccups before they become delays

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational instincts and a process-driven mindset

Experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or scheduling (ideal, but not essential)

Good understanding of BOMs and production documents

A confident communicator who works well across teams

Comfortable navigating ERP or production systems

What We Offer

$80K - $85K Base Salary.

Additional Superannuation.

Monday to Friday work – no weekends.
