We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our upholstery manufacturing facility. Leading a skilled team of 12, you’ll be responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a production team of approx. 12 staff

Coordinate workflow and meet production targets

Maintain quality control and uphold our high design standards

Liaise with design and sales teams for seamless delivery

Drive continuous improvement and efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

Mid-career professional with a background in manufacturing (ideally upholstery, soft furnishings or joinery)

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Exceptional eye for detail and pride in quality craftsmanship

Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure

Hands-on approach and confident in production processes

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in production who enjoys being on the floor, shaping outcomes, and leading by example.
