What you’ll be responsible for:

· Manage end-to-end product development and production strategy — from seasonal planning with the creative / design team through to delivery.

· Owning critical path management and supplier performance across multiple European factories and global suppliers.

· Collaborating with Design, Development, Retail and Wholesale teams to ensure product is aligned with brand, quality and margin goals.

· Manage the sourcing, development, and production strategies and implementation across production and logistic partnerships.

· Build strong, strategic relationships with suppliers and internal teams to support long term business goals.

· Manage the end-to-end global distribution between our own DTC business and multiple wholesale partners globally.

· Manage global warehouse operations across Europe, ensuring KPIs are achieved.

· Oversee product data entry into our systems including detailed product specifications.

· Manage quality checks on all products with the ability to negotiate and problem solve.

What we’re looking for:

· Leadership experience in product development, sourcing or production within a premium or design-led fashion business.

· A proven track record of delivering high-quality product, on time and to margin.

· Deep understanding of supply chain planning, vendor negotiation and critical path management.

· Strong commercial acumen and an ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders

· A hands-on, solutions-focused leader who empowers teams and leads by example

· The ability to communicate and interpret designer comments to achieve product to specification.

· Experience moving goods through European and Australian customs to achieve the best rates and timely delivery.

· Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills are a must.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively to problem solve.

· Experience in Footwear and Accessories desirable but not required.
