About the Role
As a Mortgage Loan Writer, you’ll be an essential part of our clients’ home loan journey—managing the back-end process from application to settlement. Working closely with our brokers and reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless experience for our valued clients. This is a full-time, in-office role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end loan process through to settlement across Residential, SMSF, Self-Employed and Commercial deals.
• Complete accurate loan submissions including valuations, serviceability calculations, pricing approvals and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors, and BDMs to ensure a smooth and timely process.
• Ensure all files are compliant with relevant regulations including NCCP.
• Deliver exceptional service that turns clients into raving fans.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in a Loan Writer, Lending Associate or similar role within mortgage broking or banking.
• Proven ability to manage complex loans, including SMSF and self-employed clients.
• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.
• Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple applications while maintaining quality and compliance.
