The opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role which will become critical in handling the increased deal flow and supporting brokers through to settlement. This is more than just an operations or admin job. It’s a pivotal role in launching a brand-new arm of the business, with clear progression pathways for the right person.

This is a phone-based, client facing role where you’ll be working directly with brokers, lenders, clients, and third parties to drive settlement outcomes, manage compliance, and deliver a high-touch service.

The initial focus is hands-on support, but the vision is much bigger: you'll be building the foundations for what could grow into an onshore or offshore Broker Support division - with potential to step into a leadership role such as Head of Settlements or Head of Broker Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the settlement process: proactively chase up documents from clients, insurers, lenders, and suppliers
• Liaise with lenders and third parties to ensure all approval conditions are met for settlement
• Prepare settlement packs and compliance documents
• Review credit approvals and highlight key actions for brokers
• Keep the CRM and lender portals up-to-date and accurate
• Coordinate insurance documentation and payout letters
• Conduct ID verifications, credit checks, and statement retrievals
• Support brokers with admin tasks pre- and post-settlement
• Reconcile commissions and assist with reporting as needed

Salary:

• - Up to 80K + Super + Bonus attached based off performance with potential bonus increases along the way
