We’re now on the lookout for a driven Loan Processor or Broker Support Officer to join our collaborative team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant loan solutions to our valued clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of residential home loan applications. You’ll work closely with our mortgage brokers and offshore support team to ensure a seamless experience for clients — from lodgment right through to settlement.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing residential home loan applications from submission to settlement

Reviewing loan structures, valuations, and borrowing capacity requests

Preparing and lodging fully compliant applications

Liaising with lenders, managing escalations, and following up outstanding items

Maintaining accurate and compliant client files

Applying your knowledge of lender policies to structure strong solutions

Communicating clearly and proactively with brokers and internal stakeholders

Contributing to a positive, supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 years’ experience in loan processing or para-broking

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or working towards it)

Strong knowledge of residential lending products and policies

Experience using loan origination systems and lender portals

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
