THE ROLE

We're looking for a Broker Associate to join our Newcastle or Maitland team. This role is the perfect entry point for someone with lending or finance experience who’s hungry to become an elite mortgage broker — and ready to learn from some of the best in the business.

You’ll work closely with our top-performing brokers, supporting across deal flow, client engagement, lender communication, file management and more. This is a fast-paced, high-performance role designed to help you grow fast and go far.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Support brokers with end-to-end lending, from client onboarding through strategy

Work across residential, investment, SMSF, trust, company and commercial lending scenarios

Liaise with clients, lenders, and referral partners

Be exposed to real strategy — not just rate shopping - genuine life changing outcomes for people

Fast progression into broker roles for the right applicant.

WHO YOU ARE

You’ve got lending experience (broking, banking, asset finance etc) OR a strong industry background in accounting, finance, or real estate

You’re detail-driven, organised, and solutions-focused

You’ve been exposed to investment lending or property portfolios

You love the idea of growing into a high-performing broker, not just ticking boxes

You’ve got strong communication skills and thrive under pressure

You’re fun, driven, humble — and up for the in-office banter

You can work full-time on-site in Newcastle and/or Maitland with flexibility with work from home days once progressed
