About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Loan Processor or Broker Support Officer to join a collaborative, client-first team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, compliant loan solutions.

The Role

• You'll be responsible for managing the end to end processing of residential loan applications, working closely with mortgage brokers and offshore support to ensure a seamless experience for clients from submission through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential loan applications from lodgement to settlement
• Review loan structures and assist with borrowing capacity and valuation requests
• Package and submit applications with all required compliance documentation
• Liaise with lenders and manage escalations
• Maintain compliant and well-managed files and outstanding tasks
• Apply your knowledge of lender policies to ensure suitable loan solutions
• Provide timely and accurate updates to brokers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

• Timely, accurate loan submissions with minimal rework

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in loan processing or para-broking
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
• Strong knowledge of residential lending products and lender policy
• Experience with loan origination systems and lender portals
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
