As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Loan Writer / Loan Processor to join us. If you’re passionate about helping clients and want to work in a supportive, high-performing environment — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end to end loan processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liaise with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.

Proactively manage loan application progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.

Maintain client records and data accuracy in CRM and lender platforms.

Provide administrative support to senior brokers, including documentation, data entry, and coordination of client-related activities when necessary.

Develop and maintain client relationships and provide personalised solutions within the scope of your role.

Ensure all service levels and turnaround times are consistently met.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Mortgage Broking / Loan Processing / Loan Writing

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking - Desirable

Proficient in ApplyOnline, Salestrekker & MS Suite

Strong knowledge of lender policies, loan products, application process and assessment criteria.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and delivering exceptional client service.

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
