Your Role

As a Mortgage Broker Associate at Rhombus Finance Choice, you will play a key role in supporting our mortgage brokers and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to help engage and retain an existing client base

Managing client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a timely and professional response

Requesting, collecting, preparing, and uploading documents for loan submissions

Completing data entry and administrative tasks for electronic loan lodgement

Maintaining high service standards with exceptional attention to detail

Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve shared goals

Assessing and analysing credit and borrowing capacity, reviewing documentation, and aligning clients with suitable lending products

About you

Strong ability to support multiple Mortgage Brokers in achieving success

A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients while providing a personalised experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly attitude

Previous experience in mortgage broking or lending

knowledge of AOL and Mercury highly regarded
