🏡 About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a strategic, in-house Mortgage Broker to work directly with warm, pre-qualified clients referred by our advice team. This is a rare opportunity to focus on what you do best — creating smart lending strategies — with the support, systems, and growth pathways you’ve been craving.

You’ll work closely with our Advisers and dedicated support team to help clients unlock their financial potential through smart, tailored lending outcomes . No cold-calling. No low-value leads. Just meaningful work with clients who are already engaged and ready to take action.

🎯 About the Role

Deliver strategic lending outcomes for HNW clients

Work closely with advisers to align loans with broader financial advice plans

Leverage full broker support — you focus on lending, we handle the admin

Own the client experience end-to-end, no lead gen required

Navigate complex scenarios — trusts, business owners, equity deals, etc.

Convert warm opportunities across current, past, and prospective clients (zero cold lead gen)

Stay sharp on lending policy, technical structuring, and compliance requirements

Work closely with our Head of Advice to track workflow, escalate risks, and continually improve our process

🎟️ Your Ticket to the Game

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker with a strong record of lending success

Experience working with complex clients (think: business owners, trusts, RSUs, equity-rich borrowers)

Spotless compliance history

High EQ and communication skills — you love people and bring them on the journey with you

Comfort navigating CRM systems and managing your workflow end-to-end

Confidence, ownership, and a strong sense of commercial acumen
