The Imperial Tavern in Innisfail recently completed an extensive renovation to bring a new offering to Innisfail and the surrounding towns.

We are seeking a qualified Head Chef to manage our kitchen.

This is a salaried position. Your salary of $90K + negotiable based on experience.

You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring a smooth operation. Other duties include stock ordering, weekly stocktakes, rosters and menus. A current Food Safety Certificate is a requirement along with previous experience in a similar role.

The position will cover a minimum of 5 days per week, lunch & dinner service plus splits shifts.

Employment conditions and remuneration will be negotiable commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The position brings an opportunity to join a great team and bring new ideas to a freshly renovated locally owned pub, located on the waterfront.
