ABOUT THE ROLE

Head Chef

Oversee the daily running of the kitchen and lead a dedicated team

Manage menu execution, ordering, rostering, and food safety compliance

Work alongside management to maintain high standards and kitchen profitability

Chefs

Prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment

Support the kitchen team with prep, service, and cleanliness

Help maintain a positive, team-focused kitchen culture

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen

• Passion for quality food, fresh ingredients, and consistency

• Strong communication and time management skills
