The Role: As Head Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary journey of our patrons. This is an all-encompassing position requiring leadership, creativity, and operational excellence over a 5-day workweek.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily kitchen operations and collaborate with management on innovative menu development.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and motivated work culture.
• Financial Management: Control costs related to food, labour, and inventory, ensuring the kitchen achieves its financial goals.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain impeccable standards in kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Bistro Engagement: Handle feedback from customers, suppliers, and team members with professionalism and efficiency.

About You
