About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Workflow Manager to lead their customer service and presite administration teams.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide leadership to the pre site and customer service administration team

Resolve escalated client disputes and provide guidance to customer service team

Projection of budgets and meeting expected site starts and KPIs

Work closely with production teams and construction administration team

What we're looking for

Our candidate successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Experience in a similar position and a leadership role

A strong background in preconstruction within volume housing

Exceptional communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

Process driven, pro-active and solutions orientated

Ability to deliver results in a high volume workflow management position
