Make Your Mark – Office Manager / Sales Support (Full-Time, On-Site)
Are you ready for a role where your strength, smarts, and straight-talking nature are exactly what’s needed?
We’re on the lookout for someone who doesn’t shy away from hard work, someone who knows what it means to juggle priorities, handle pressure, and keep things moving even when the going gets tough. This full-time, on-site Office Manager / Sales Support role is your chance to take the reins in a business that values reliability, resilience, and results.
You'll be the heartbeat of the office, coordinating operations, supporting the sales and project teams, managing administrative tasks and scheduling, and ensuring compliance and documentation are maintained.
It’s a fast-paced environment, but if you’ve got the grit to stay focused, the mindset to organise chaos, and the drive to make things happen, you’ll thrive here.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Is calm under pressure and quick to prioritise what matters
Gets things done without fuss and takes pride in doing them right
Can see the gaps and fill them before being asked
Communicates clearly and confidently, without needing to sugarcoat
Has a sharp eye for detail and keeps systems running like clockwork
Works independently but always has the team’s back
Experience in construction or earthmoving is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker; we’ll support you in learning the ropes. What matters most is your practical mindset, willingness to take ownership, and your determination to contribute to a business built on trust, quality, and hard work.
If you’re ready to bring your full self to a role where what you’ve been through makes you stronger, not weaker, this is your opportunity to make your mark.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration and communication
Provide end-to-end support for sales, quoting, and order processes
Coordinate project schedules and subcontractor allocations
Maintain business systems, documentation, and compliance records

Skills & Experience
Prior experience in office management, sales support, or similar roles
Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills
A growth Mindset and someone who sees a problem and finds the solution
Confident communicator across multiple teams and stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with business systems (e.g. Xero, CRMs)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to step into varied tasks as needed in a small business setting
Valid driver’s licence (occasional local travel may be required)
Desirable
Experience in construction, equipment hire, or related industries
Familiarity with compliance processes and job scheduling
What We Offer
Full-time, permanent position with a growing business
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (on-site)
Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 + super, based on experience
Supportive team, visible contribution, and potential to grow with the business
How to Apply
We’re not just looking for a list of skills; we want to know what you bring to the table that sets you apart.
To apply, please submit your CV along with a cover letter that explains why you are a suitable candidate for the position. What will you bring to the business? How will you make a difference? This is your chance to show us why you’re exactly what we need, so don’t hold back.
