Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in financial planning to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our team of administrators and advisers, assist the Director with reporting, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to a team of administrative professionals and financial advisers, including coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and managing task prioritisation.
- Reporting Assistance: Assist the Director with preparing and reviewing various reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Administrative Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for internal team members, addressing administrative needs and facilitating effective workflows.
- Client and Team Communication: Enhance communication within the team and with clients, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Project Management: Oversee specific projects or initiatives as directed by the Director, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role within a financial planning or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and terminology.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing reports is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum based on experience.
