The Role

• NO routines, NO leasing, NO Trust Accounting, NO BDM!
• Capped, clean portfolio of 100-120 properties, local to the office
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Completing entries and exits
• Managing arrears
• Repairs & maintenance
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Cloud-based software

The Successful Candidate:

• 12+ months of previous Real Estate/Property Management experience
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Valid driver's license
