We're expanding and on the lookout for an experiences Property Portfolio Manager to join our busy and supportive property management department.

You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of 150-180 properties alongside an assistant and leasing consultant.

The role will suit someone that has a genuine passion for property management and can deliver an extremely high level of customer service.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Start to end management of your portfolio

Trust accounting

Maintaining accurate communication records

Relief front of house, greeting clients and answering phones

Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills

Provide excellent communication to all clients

What We’re Looking For:

Great communication and time management skills

A proactive, team-first attitude

Experience in property management

QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
