They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to join their innovative and dynamic residential property management team.

Work onsite at a brand-new luxury building located in inner Brisbane, situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.

The Assignment:

• Work in one of Brisbane's most desired buildings
• End to End Management of 120 properties
• Conduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships!
• Easy-going body corporates with a great established relationship
• Incredible opportunity for someone looking to break into Onsite Property Management and learn about development as well as building management

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong legislation knowledge
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
