Simplly Rentals is in an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for two experienced Property Managers and one Part-Time Inspections Manager to join our high-performing team based in our beautiful new Chermside office.

Now Hiring:

Property Manager (2 x Full-Time)
You’ll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, backed by an experienced team and supported by systems that work. You’ll handle end-to-end management including lease renewals, maintenance coordination, arrears management, compliance, and tribunal attendance where required. You’ll work closely with our BDM and leadership team to ensure clients and tenants experience the best service in the industry.

What you’ll need:

Experience in property management or leasing

A valid QLD Real Estate Certificate (mandatory)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

A valid Drivers License

Inspections Manager (Part Time - School Hours)
This is a flexible opportunity for someone looking to stay active in the property industry without the demands of full-time portfolio work. You’ll be responsible for routine inspections, entry notices, property condition reports, and liaising with tenants to support the broader team.

What you’ll need:

A background in real estate, property management, or administration

High attention to detail and strong written communication

A valid QLD Real Estate Certificate (mandatory)

A team-focused mindset and can-do attitude

A valid Drivers License
