The Role: In-office Property Manager
This is a senior, landlord-facing role designed for a confident, experienced property professional who loves structure, systems and strong communication. You’ll be leading a pod alongside another PM, overseeing a 220-property portfolio, without the pressure of out-of-office work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the primary point of contact for landlords, building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Manage and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and compliance matters.
• Take ownership of conflict resolution between landlords and tenants, including attending QCAT when needed.
• Lead your in-office pod, ensuring efficient workflow and team performance.
• Operate fully from the office—no leasing or external inspections required.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader.
• Confidence in landlord communication, issue resolution, and tenancy legislation.
• A mature, professional approach with a genuine desire to deliver excellence.
• QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
• Ideally familiar with AILO (training provided if not) and transitioning systems like Console Cloud.
