Responsibilities:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 140–160 properties end-to-end
• Build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
• Use PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express (with 360 AI tools) for day-to-day tasks
• Liaise with the shared assistant, letting support, and accounts team
• Deliver exceptional service with pride in your work
• Maintain consistent communication with owners and tenants
• Minimal QCAT – very low-level tribunal involvement

Requirements:

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proactive and organised with a genuine passion for property
• A team player who values a healthy, respectful work environment
