About the Role:

• Manage a local portfolio of ~220 properties (shared with another PM)
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor access
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
• Action lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
• Work collaboratively with your PM pod for admin and compliance support

What We’re Looking For:

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
• Confident communicator with great organisational skills
• Familiarity with AILO or Console Cloud preferred
• A team player with a passion for growth and a can-do attitude
