What you’ll be doing

Running the deal end-to-end: consultations, structuring, lender comms, and post-settlement follow-up.

Recommending lending solutions tailored to each client’s financial profile and goals.

Managing documentation and compliance—clean, efficient, and above-board.

Maintaining strong relationships with banks, lenders, and referral partners.

Supporting the Director by taking ownership of operational delivery.

About you

You’re a licensed Mortgage Broker (Cert IV minimum; Diploma preferred).

You’ve got at least 2 years of experience and can run your own files.

You’ve got grit, hunger, and a sharp eye for both service and structure.

You thrive in fast-paced environments where growth is the norm.

You’re clear, confident, and know how to build trust with clients and lenders alike.
