About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to join our energetic and expanding team. This is a non-customer-facing role, focused on supporting our insurance brokers in backend operations and compliance.

As our Broker Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations efficient, compliant, and broker-ready, ensuring every policy and client is handled with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist brokers with insurance quotes, new business processing

Manage policy documentation, endorsements, and compliance paperwork

Coordinate and follow up on insurance claims with underwriters and insurers

Maintain accurate records in CRM and broking systems

Ensure workflows, files, and audit trails meet industry and company standards

Contribute to process improvements in a scaling environment

What You’ll Bring:

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in an underwriting support or insurance broking assistant role
✅ Authorised Representative (AR) status is essential
✅ Strong knowledge of general insurance products, regulations, and industry platforms
✅ Detail-focused with excellent administrative and organisational skills
✅ Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team
✅ A mindset that embraces growth, innovation, and process efficiency
