Our founder brings nearly 20 years of banking and lending experience from two of the Big Four banks, having held senior roles across Corporate, Commercial, and Private Banking. You will be directly supported and mentored by the founder in navigating a wide range of lending scenarios.

🔹 About the Role

As a Finance Broker (Contractor) with MM Finance Group:

You will operate independently and can work from anywhere in Australia

This is a commission-only position with a generous commission split, based on your experience

You must have a strong grasp of residential lending policy

You’ll gain exposure to complex lending strategies

You’ll be guided on how to engage with high-calibre clients and build long-term relationships

🔹 We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Demonstrates integrity and ethics, always acting in the client’s best interest

Is driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Has a genuine passion for finance and broking

Is committed to ongoing learning and development

Holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Is currently completing (or about to start) the Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management

Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage lending

Communicates confidently and clearly—both verbally and in writing
