Located in Mosman on Sydney's Northside, this small yet high performing broking office provides its customers with simple, straightforward financial solutions. We are a team primarily working on residential mortgages, however, we do assist clients with all types of finance requirements.

Who You Are:

The successful applicant would have a strong drive and passion for finance. You would have experience in lending and looking to strengthen your skills. You would have experience in driving sales targets and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.

Your Duties:

Source business from your own existing channels

Structure finance solutions for prospective customers

Analyse and review supporting documents with application requirements

Depending on employment structure, we do have capacity to provide leads, however your role is to generate your own

Whilst you have the security of a base salary, we also offer a generous commission structure and if you have a "head down, bum up attitude", we will support you to drum up business that will see you earn significantly more via commissions. Our admin support staff will help you to maximise your lead generation by processing the deals from start to finish.

You will be supported by a friendly and experienced team to guide your finance career. The principal has been in the industry for over 30 years with exposure to all aspects of banking and lending. Whilst Home Loans are the core activities, our office process "all" types of loans and therefore seeking all types of lending experience. You will be expected to present yourself into the office for a particular period of time, however, once all ropes about the job have been grasped, you will be given the opportunity to operate from locations of your choosing.

You will be offered a competitive base wage plus commission structure from day one. Our aim will be to nurture you to a proficiency that you will be able to operate your own business in alliance with ours.
