💼 What You’ll Do

• Promote solar + battery systems to residential & commercial clients

• Generate leads via field work, referrals, phone, or digital marketing

• Educate customers on savings & solar benefits

• Coordinate with installation team

• Maintain CRM and customer relationships

Who is Eligible:
We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates who have excelled in Solar Field Sales.

Required Experience and Skills:
• Must have experience in the Solar Industry or a relevant industry.
• Must possess a keen interest in learning about new products in the industry
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Must have a professional and honest approach
• Attention to detail is essential
• Should be able to provide exceptional customer service and follow-up for referral sales
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed are necessary
