The Role Awaits

We're excited to welcome a Full-Time Phone-Based Course Sales Consultant to our team, with positions available at our Ferntree Gully, Sunshine West, Campbellfield or Carrum Downs sites.

In this role, you’ll be speaking with warm leads only- people who have already shown interest in our courses, so you can focus on converting interest into enrolments rather than cold calling.

You'll have the opportunity to build a thriving career in sales within a rapidly growing company. Plus, hybrid working arrangements are available after the probation period, offering greater flexibility and work-life balance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Inbound and Outbound Sales (B2C & B2B)

Fostering and Expanding Client Relationships

Innovation in Client Acquisition

Strategic Lead Management (Hubspot, Xero, aXcelerate etc)

Various Ad Hoc Tasks/Saturday rotation shifts
