About True Blue Migration
True Blue Migration has provided clients with professional visa management services for over 19 years. We take a hands-on, down to earth approach to case management and pride ourselves in obtaining successful visa outcomes for our clients. Ours is a busy work environment but it’s also informal - no suit required.

We seek a Migration Sales Consultant to join our Victorian team. The position is full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday. The position is hybrid, with work split between your home and our Essendon Fields office.

About the role
This role will be fast-paced and people focused. You’ll be expected to engage with warm visa-eligible leads (applicants and employers) taking them through to sign-up with True Blue Migration to manage their application. The Registered Migration Agents in our sales team will assess leads for visa eligibility, and your job will be to support these warm leads to become our clients by providing information, building relationships and securing signed contracts. You will be expected to use a combination of communication methods with our leads, including emails, phone calls, video calls and face to face meetings. The role will also involve strategising and trialing new approaches to build our client base. You’ll be expected to attend industry events to build networks and showcase True Blue Migration as the migration agency of choice for employers.

About you
We’re looking for a professional, high-energy, motivated and detail-oriented sales person.

You’ll need:

proven experience in converting leads into clients

sales success with both businesses and individuals

willingness to take on new leads daily, whilst managing your existing pipeline of leads

confidence in connecting with people from different backgrounds and ethnicities, from young couples to elderly parents, to employer operations teams and everything in between

to be well prepared, energetic and ready to jump right in

Existing experience or knowledge of the Australian migration system is desirable, but not essential, as long as you’re willing to spend the time to deep dive and understand the nuances of immigration to Australia.
