Based in Melbourne (Reservoir HQ) with National Travel

Our client, is a highly respected, family-owned business in the beauty and skincare industry, with over 25 years of success distributing a portfolio of much-loved Australian and international brands across pharmacy, health, and retail channels.
They are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join their team. This is a national role requiring regular interstate travel, and it offers an exciting opportunity to represent premium skincare, personal care, and wellness products to new and existing clients across the country.
About the Role
This role would mainly be on the road with 1 day a week based in the office located in Reservoir. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with pharmacy groups, health food stores, and wholesale partners across Australia. From field sales to presenting new product launches, your focus will be on driving growth, building brand visibility, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow accounts across independent pharmacies, health stores, and national groups
- Conduct store visits, product training, and promotional presentations
- Prospect new business and identify market opportunities
- Liaise with buyers, merchandisers, and internal teams on pricing, stock, and promotions
- Maintain CRM data, report on sales activity and targets
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales and campaign efforts
- Provide sales forecasting, feedback, and territory planning insights
- Travel interstate as required (regularly – must be flexible and mobile)
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar B2B sales role within pharmaceutical, skincare, cosmetic, health or wellness sectors
- Strong understanding of the pharmacy channel, including pharmacy buyers and group networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – professional, persuasive, and approachable
- Strong computer literacy – CRM, Excel, reporting tools, and mobile sales apps
- A self-starter who’s highly organised and goal-driven
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Australia (must have a driver’s licence)
- Confident in client presentations and building long-term relationships
