About the role
As a Business Sales & Retention Consultant at Blue NRG Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and customer retention strategies. This full-time position is based in our Melbourne, VIC 3000 office, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
What you'll be doing
Proactively engaging with existing business customers to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for additional products and services
Generating new business leads and converting them into sales through effective prospecting and relationship-building
Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the best energy solutions for their business needs
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to both new and existing customers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and new product offerings to provide valuable insights to customers
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the energy or utilities industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence customers at all levels
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated understanding of energy market regulations and trends
